Ayurveda Art

The Roman poet Juvenal (around 60 to 127 AD) said: "Mens sana in corpore sano", which means: a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. On closer inspection, it hits the nail on the head and is highly relevant again in today's world, when everything is becoming more and more subtle. Man should be viewed as a total work of art made up of body, mind and soul.

The wisdom of life says that the more you begin to live your true potential, the more you will let your inner light shine. In doing so, you are not only doing something good for yourself, but also for those around you!

We have been dealing with the Wissn vun Lebn for years, which is closely linked to the millennia-old Vedic medicine, Ayurveda, which translated means: knowledge of life. You will be amazed at how up-to-date this millennia-old knowledge of health strategies is and how closely it corresponds to current scientific findings.

In Indian, doshas are the three life energies, comparable to body, mind and soul. The doshas not only affect the human body, but also all of nature, animals, plants, minerals, actually everything that exists in the cosmos. Without them there is no life.

Find your DOSHA

(Your Ayurvedic constitution)

With this test you can find out which doshas are particularly pronounced in you. What benefit do you get from it? In addition to the generally applicable recommendations, Ayurveda provides specific, more detailed information for each of the 10 constitutional types. In order to use this for yourself, you must first recognize your TRUE SELF.

Our goal: joy, freedom & inner peace for a long, healthy & happy life.

here we go!

The three energetic principles, the three doshas!

They alternate every four hours.
It is just one of the basics of an Ayurvedic lifestyle.

  • from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is Pitta time
  • from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. is Vata time
  • from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. is Kapha time
  • from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. at night it is Pitta time
  • from 2-6 am it is Vata time...
If you pay attention to boredom, it becomes incredibly interesting.
